ROB GEORGE

Rob’s career as an international teacher began at the British International School, Jakarta where he taught Physics and Science. Moving to the Alice Smith School, he became Head of Science, then Head of Sixth Form and Vice Principal responsible for student welfare. In 2003 Rob studied a Masters in Library and Information Studies at Wellington University, New Zealand and has since worked as a teacher-librarian in Tanglin Trust School, Singapore, The Regents School in Thailand and the Dubai British School. He has been Head of Libraries at the Alice Smith School since 2010 where the ongoing redevelopment of the library has been at the centre of all his work.
